I would say about 95-98% fluent talking alone. Of course everyone is different as we can see in this thread. But to those that are fluent alone, I think it’s due to us being the most comfortable around ourselves. Even if you’re with friends or family you know, there’s still external element that triggers our stuttering. Maybe for some us, stuttering is just a just an advanced form of anxiety.
