Hi there. Somewhat similar to saying your name. Of course we know it….the trouble is when we need to say it….I’ve wrote it down also. Very hard for me to do so many years ago….feeling like a fool and all that…as I got a bit older, I’ve just tried my best and if needs be, resort to writing down. Don’t be hard on yourself. It shouldn’t be so hard but it often is..the build up, the anticipation of it all.
