May I suggest just trying to release and exhale? Practice this in front of a mirror when alone while making eye contact, doing voluntary stutterers. Then make phone calls, adding in challenges as you are comfortable. By starting with a voluntary repetition, you can get the inhale and muscle clenching to happen automatically. Your mantra can be “look and let it out”. (I got this from a professional)
