I had an officer here in San Francisco once. He said my right brake light was out. Initially it was a legitimate stop. History on my stammer. I make Porky Pig speech sound like he never has a stammer. I could not for the life of me get the word hello out of my mouth. I had to revert to a clipboard of paper I use to converse with people when I am having a horrific time speaking. The officer said this was the first time he encountered a PWS. A wee bit of education. The officer told me to get the brake light fixed and I did. But the immediate look on his face, and I instantly knew what he was thinking; this guy is drunk.
