How to not block when someone asks something????

How to not block when someone asks something???? I have this problem, I get blocked, like words refuse come out of my mouth , whenever someone SUDDENLY asks me something like my name or where do I live etc. My jaws, my whole body become tense, and I block on even easy words the entire day. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my breathing pattern and the horrible past experiences.
