Well, you either have two options: face this head on and just keep carrying on as usual, just power through it, keep talking, don't filter and do this for an extended period of time. If it goes away, it goes away. Or it doesn't, in which case, you visit a speech therapist and start working on it. Either way, it makes more sense to tackle it head on, then you'll really know. Otherwise you're jumping the shark and taking precautions without really knowing if your stutter is real. Could you give more details on it? Do you stutter when you're alone? Have you been feeling anxious lately? Has anything happened to you that might have caused you sudden stress?
