What was your program like in speech therapy ? I remember when i joined a local speech therapist in my teen years about 13-14. We had to read aloud from a storybook and there were these breathing exercises. I recovered from my stutter and developed a slow and weird rhythmic voice but it all lapsed around in 6 months and my stuttering returned. Since then I never tried to go back to speech therapy, I am 20 now. Partially because it is expensive here in India. Though I am considering joining Toastmasters or something like that. Last week I was embarrassed in the class during the viva session in my college. I had these huge speech blocks. Since then I have been wanting to take action against stuttering.
