I realized something today Hey guys I’m Vishal and I’m from the United State. I’m 20 years old in college. I’ve been stuttering as long as I can remember honestly. And I don’t know if this applies to any of you but for me the word that I stutter on the most is the word “stutter” itself. So I think that it’s actually a big metaphor. The reason I can’t say the actual word is because I’m so afraid of it and I’m so afraid to conquer it and it basically controls me. I think that shows i need to get outside help and can’t conquer this stutter on my own. I haven’t been to speech therapy since i was 10 years old. I think it’s time. I just had a really big realization and wanted to share it here
