Those aren't as bad, aside from the fact that it's a bad speaking habit. But it's important for this exercise to say exactly what you want, just the way you want it. Tolerating open silence and resisting pressure to make noise is part of this challenge. Key alert: do not try this in very difficult speaking situations. Only ones where you feel like you could accomplish this but won't likely be super fluent. It's about starting slow and building.
