Perhaps the caveat is *yet". I'm open to there being a cure but my opinion is not based on my feelings, it is the current reality. there is no proven, repeatable, quantifiable treatment that cures stuttering. Anyone saying there is, so far is always talking anecdotally and spreading misinformation.
