Is there a way to switch roles with another fireman/woman? He/she read it off while you do what they normally do? Also, I used to work at a Starbucks and HATED the drive through for well over a year. Terrible. Blocked almost every time. Then I started to become soooo much more confident and I improved on drive Thru miraculously. To the point where I could talk practically fluent on drive thru whereas person-person or even phone calls not so much. My advice is to either switch roles if that’s possible or stick it out until you become more comfortable reading the description off. (The later is probably the better solution but will inevitably take more time)
