Not at all, the last time that I gave a "work hard" technique/course/therapy a chance was, like, 13 years ago, they just don't work for me. The only things that sometimes work are: \- Trying to relax/warm up my shoulders, neck, jaw and tongue; \- Mentally slowing down when I feel that I'm too "accelerated" and anxious; \- Finding a good breath "rythm", even if it means to alternate one breath with just one word; \- Following a proper rythm (not something that I'm that happy to do, as it's really visible, though); Before the interview I just "slowed down" and tought positive stuff like "*ok son, you've got this, you'll figure this out, it's not a big deal, just stay focused and don't overthink it, be theatrical if you need to*".
