I do it too. But so do fluent people. I think it’s just a part of human speech and it’s unrealistic to think it should be eliminated. We shouldn’t aim for perfect fluency because perfect fluency does not exist. If those words don’t significantly block the point you’re trying to make, and they aren’t so frequent that people point it out, I wouldn’t worry. Filler words are fine. Stuttering is fine. Blocking is fine. Believing otherwise means we’ll never be capable of self-acceptance. Sorta went on a tangent there but that’s just what I believe lol.
