It's all about accepting your speech, once you learn that stuttering is a part of you, you can then work on making it easier to deal with, positivity. What you're doing is basically fueling your stutter, by trying to make yourself believe that you don't have it and just not accepting it. The physical push involved is only going to make you more stressed and more tired. Negitivity really wont help your situation. I hope my advice helps!
