Awwww I’m sorry! I really had a hard time during that age too. I’m a true believer that it’s hormone related. So if you’re going through puberty during this time, and often most preteens are at this age, then you can have a more difficult time. I still move my hand left and right and even tap it. It’s almost like keeping tempo like when you sing a song. Maybe that’s something to use to your advantage. <3 it’s a rough age and was a really difficult time for me too. Everything, similar to this, is a phase and you’ll get through it. Try to just keep breathing and keep yourself calm bc the frustration doesn’t help. Easier said than done, I know! I wish there was more I could do to help
