It's probably not the answer you want, but I have friends who stutter \(a lot\) who are medical docs. Has it been easy for them? heck no. Have they experienced prejudice and stigma? heck yes. Are they still happy hey did it? Heck yes. If you want, PM me and perhaps I can give you their contact info, if you want first\-hand experience about what it's like. I agree with a lot of other posts in this thread regarding related careers. Medicine is huge. You can still major in pre\-med in college and do something else with it later, if you don't think actual doctoring is for you.
