Not going to rain on your parade at all because I have dealt with a stutter my whole life as well (29) and it is so frustrating! The only thing I can say about using any type of drug to help with your speech is its just a band-aid... Unless you are cool with taking this medicine the rest of your life. Of course your body will get used to the 35mg then you will eventually need more and more.
