There are different levels of stuttering for all ages, genders, etc. When I went to a stuttering clinic, there were different age groups with different levels of fluency difficulty. Stuttering is a wide range of speech interruptions or how someone stutters. My stutter growing up was much worse than it is now, but I didn't do anything to help it. I still have moments where it's bad and I'm still not a fan of talking in most cases, but it still exists and I know it's a part of me. Genetic disorders can't be cured. We can treat them or manage them, but we can't stop them from existing entirely. Calling someone a Karen because they're trying to help others who may think there's hope from your post is not a bad thing. The post itself is long-winded and reads like a "holier than thou" preaching.
