What you’re doing is rejecting yourself before letting someone else actually reject you. Don’t do that. We have to be brave. We have to let people rejecting us, but more importantly we have to have the skills. Without the skills, no one will want us. If they don’t want you because of your stuttering, then make them want you for other reasons. So the first step is to ace that cybersecurity program. After you have what other people want, then worry about how to get a job. In other words, if you don’t have the mouth, then have the brain. Also remember that knowledge is power. If you have knowledge, one door may close but others will open. Without knowledge, you have no doors. I personally failed a dozen phone interviews but I have never struggled getting a job. The job I’m currently in didn’t really interview me. I thought it was an interview but the boss just took me around and introduced me to the team. That was it. Good luck.
