When I was your age I stuttered so badly I hurt strained my neck muscles. My stutter has improved but it never did vanished. Some days and in some situations my speech is still pretty bad. All I can say is surround yourself with good people. Around good and understanding people you will feel less stressed when talking. Good hearted friends, family wont ever make you feel bad about your speech. Some other tips. Carry a small notebook and pen for when your speech is very bad. You can write what you wanted to speak. I also had to plan a career that is stutter friendly. A career as a trial lawyer for instance have been unrealistic for me. Plan your career around this because if you don't it causes a lot of stress and wasted time and money later in life. This is in the worst case scenario if your speech don't improve. At school don't ever let teachers pressurise you to talk in front of people unless you are totally comfortable. If your stutter is anxiety related seeing a psychiatrist and psychologist might give you the tools to help stay calmer.
