Class participations or Presentations. It really hurts me to see how people seem to find it really simple and easy. And here I am being eaten alive by anxiety for just thinking about it. Every time we’re assigned a presentation I always take a quick scan to see people’s reactions and I always find myself the only nervous and anxious person. It’s really frustrating tbh.
