Yeah I definitely feel like it’s the stress of having Covid, my wife who is pregnant also has Covid and so does my 2 year old. Thankfully we are all recovering but stress has probably added on to it. The medication I take for my ADHD is basically another form of Adderall so it speeds me up a bit, so I’m sure that’s adding to it as well. What I’ve always done in conversations with others is kinda break the ice and make light of my stutter and it seems to calm my nerves and helps me speak fluently.
