My first interviews weren't so bad but even then, no, most people will respect you, especially in interviews, they are doing their jobs and must respect you. As I grew older, I just learned to don't care about it and avoided or completely ignored people who made fun of my stutter. The thing is, don't let stutter define you, and most important, don't give a fuck about other people making fun of you. Just do your thing, get better and ignore them.
