I can tell you that no techniques here will work unless you "apply" them in actual speaking situations. However, it is very diffcult to apply those techniques because we're so dang fearful of stuttering in those situations. I took part in program where they assign these tasks where you go out and talk in your feared situations (talking to strangers, presentation, etc. for me). Once I overcame my fear of stuttering, the severity of my stutter went down a lot to the point that I don't even think (or care) about my stutter anymore. I can have amazing productive conversations pretty much anyone without being encumbered by the thoughts of stuttering. I don't get numbing anxiety before work presentations anymore. Again, most people cannot achieve this on their own, so taking part in these programs where they guide you through this journey can help immensely.
