Good luck! I stutter and worked at a call center. Scripts helped so much. I practiced them a lot at home. My stutter is worse when I am nervous so I make sure I am prepared for most questions. If you are asked a question you don't know, it's okay to say that (I don't know your work environment so this may not apply). Some call centers are stricter than others in how often you can go off script but if I was allowed to go off script and when I stuttered, I would say that I do stutter and have my entire life. The key, for me at least, is to stay calm. And someone at some point will make fun of you but that is their problem. I am blessed that I am healthy, have a job and have great friends & family. I know everything I said is easier said than done but trying to provide some positive reinforcement. You can do this!
