Hardest thing I ever did. I fooled myself into thinking I liked girl A and was pursuing her while girl B was just my study friend (college). That allowed me to be more comfortable and confident with girl B so she eventually started to like me. Once we started dating I made it my life priority to keep her, and married her eventually and had kids. Divorcing now that kids are adults. In a perfect world I would have dated more and developed myself emotionally a little better but I did the best I could. Now working on developing that side more but I’m middle-aged so might have missed my chance. You win some you lose some.
