Hi! For me (23M) I guess it is best to just do some stuff around a house, or just go on a bike or whatever physical activity where your brain focuses on the physical part of yourself. For example, exercise, riding a bike, cleaning. I also plan having some plants. It helps reduce anxiety. Hope some of this helps.
