Thank you so much for all the help! It makes me feel a lot better knowing that it’s ok to feel the way I do about it. I’ll definitely work on getting an appointment set up to make sure this isn’t from a neurological event. I’ll also check my medications to make sure there’s nothing that could be happening there. I wasn’t sure if trauma and stress could manifest a stutter, but if it can, that could possibly be a cause. I’ve been very stressed for a very long time over a lot of different reasons. I already see a therapist so next time I see them I’ll ask if they think my stress could be on the level to where something like that could happen. Regardless of what exactly is the cause, I feel a lot better and have a better idea as to what to do next. Thank you so much for the advice!
