FYI I help my comment didn’t come off as saying “it’s all in your head.” That’s not what I mean at all. Well in a sense it is *in your head* because it’s your brain and your mouth doing it :P No but really— learning to relax instead of tense when you stutter takes a huge amount of work. You are trying to change an automatic habit. You can’t just tell it to yourself, you have to do whatever you can think of to be able to remember it in the moment when you’re speaking.
