I am treated by a medical hypnotist for pain and anxiety. It has greatly helped my anxiety. There are breathing exercises for relaxation that have helped others. If you do seek hypnotherapy be sure to vet your provider. Its essential to become involved with a reputable, certified, hypnotherapist. Mine is a research professor in neurology at a medical university. Be aware that damage is possible if the therapist isn't educated, licensed, or ethical.
