I filled out the survey but I also wanted to say that the answer options were very limiting for some of the questions (1 and 6 in particular) and I didn't feel like any of them properly match my situation. I also think it might have been worth asking a precursor question to 8, asking how social people are now that they stutter. Getting people to guess how social they would be isn't very meaningful if you don't know their level now.
