Our stutter isn’t the problem. It’s you accepting yourself for who you are and loving yourself. Medication doesn’t really help. You need coping techniques. Besides, it’s true that stuttering won’t hold you back. Having confidence in who you are and setting goals and educating yourself is what really makes the difference. If you can avoid negative self talk, low self confidence and depression BECAUSE of stuttering, you’ll be golden!
