I really love this mindset as well and I'm so proud of you and happy to see your stutter didn't stop you from passing your interviews. I wish you all the best on your new job. I thought no matter how qualified for the job I was, my stutter would be enough of a reason to have me rejected, especially when my job usually requires working in groups but this really does give me hope.
