That just sucks. Sorry I've got nothing to recommend, and if I did you've probably already tried it. In my 20s I was very "woe is me" regarding my minor stutter. I was going through some other crap too, but that's not important. anyway, I was working in retail and one day I helped a guy who had a stutter where it took him a lot of time and effort to verbally communicate anything. It was very eye opening to me and made me a lot more thankful for what I had, rather than what I didn't have. I'm not sure why I'm telling this story. I wish you the best in your life and sincerely hope things get better for you.
