Trust me that I’m VERY aware of the trite similarity in these “similar things”. That’s why I took it on myself to investigate the issue. This is not an advice to “take a deep breath” or “to just be relaxed and calm and not be anxious”, because I know these advices are all bullshit. Please, understand that the two mechanical issues I mentioned are actually different from the useless advice you get from many speech therapists and the jaw dropping part HAS NEVER BEEN DISCUSSED BEFORE. Want evidence? I used to stutter because of these two issues. Ever since I fixed them, there has been no more stutter. Please test my advice for yourself. Consciously relax SPECIFICALLY your tongue (this is because plosive consonants such as /k/ need a loose tongue) and consciously drop your jaw and keep it this way even during the production of any sound.
