Do words ever feel physically stuck

Do words ever feel physically stuck Does anyone else feel like they have to physically push words out of their throat? Like I know exactly what I want to say right before I say it but I have to stand there for a second and physically force myself to say it for whatever reason. It’s just stuck. I have to close my eyes and reset myself and then I can say it just fine. It also happens more with certain letters like the c/k sound.
