anyone have any advice on how to get over this block ?

anyone have any advice on how to get over this block ? i’ve been stuttering my whole life ; when i was in elementary school i didn’t receive speech therapy but stopped right after graduating and going to high school. sometimes when i talk there’s a block and it’s like im being chocked and just can’t say it, just struggling to let it out ? and have to pause every word but sometimes with it ongoing. sometimes when just beginning to start to talk , i also get stuck.
