I’ll have periods of 2-4 days where I speak almost completely fluent. The words just flow out, I’m able to articulate everything I want, it’s so easy to not have to encounter a block, think of something else to say, or just sit there awkwardly trying to get through it. But then that period ends and it’s back to constant disfluencies and I am reminded how much it sucks.
