Getting a bit fed up of people defending the abuse of Joe Biden,.blaming his stutter. The man has had an entire career where he's shown great control over his speech - just compare now to just four years ago. He used techniques in the past, now he's getting old and his mind is slipping, those techniques are slipping too. It's a clear cognitive decline and he should be nowhere near public office, let alone running a country.
