I consider a close friend or loved one seriously making fun of my stutter to be one of the deepest insults they can do to me. Hot comparison here, but I feel like it’s making fun of a wheelchair user because they can’t walk. The first time it happened in elementary school I nearly got expelled because of how bad I beat the poor kid up. Obviously temper matures with age, but it’s still one of the lowest lows in my book.
