I've been a severe stutterer for 35 years. Something that has really helped me is to read for an hour each day and recite 10 positive affirmations 20 times a day. This takes serious dedication. I've done this for about a month now and I'm seeing big improvements in my speech. Also I take a deep breath in before a feared word and focus on the breath rather then the word or sound. I hope this can help someone else who is struggling. You're all beautiful people stuck with this curse. I think it's time to break the curse and believe in yourself again. Good luck everyone!
