I sometimes practice lines I say often. Muscle-memory will then make the sentences sound much more fluent. And this one is perhaps weird, but it's another trick I use. I try to convince myself that I am very happy. I smile, giggle abit and my mood more often than not changes to a bit more lighthearted and I stutter less.
