Same here, my friend! One of the weirdest / under-studied “disabilities” out there, I feel. It definitely sucks to live with. I feel it has ruined my life, as I’m sure most of us who live life this way probably feel. The only thing that I have found that helps is benzodiazepines (for example…. Xanax, Klonopin, Valium, Ativan, etc…. there’s a bunch out there). Not a cure obviously, but sure as shit helps a TON. Can be addictive / abused though, so gotta be careful with that.
