Excellent communication skills requirement in jobs

Excellent communication skills requirement in jobs Currently looking for a job as I've finished uni and almost all jobs require you to have excellent communication skills. Its really frustrating when you tick off most requirements then they slap you in the face with excellent communication skills. Even if I did get an offer I would probably stutter and block throughout the interview. I guess r/neet will be welcoming a new user
