The obvious choice is to just say something else instead, and this is very important for stuttering management at all times, not just when saying "present". This is called substitution, and I would suggest learning to use it as much as helpful; it's extremely valuable. Try saying "Here" instead, or if you can't, put words in front of it instead. Maybe you can say "present" if it's preceded by something, so just say "I'm present", or "I'm here". Good luck!
