Oh my god this is crazy bc I was just now (literally one second ago) talking to some of my friends about my stutter block. Some words and letters really mess me up and when I can’t get them out of my mouth it’s so embarrassing. Im a server so at least at this one bar I’ve worked at for a while, I’ve been able to twist the words around so I’m saying what I need to say just in a roundabout way. On the phone it’s especially bad. I’ve had to hang up on people more times than I can count. I have to try new stuff all the time. New accents, talking slower or softer, starting over etc etc I’m 33 and I’ve had this all my life. I guess we are just supposed to adapt and that sucks bc I would give anything to make this go away.
