Not sure if this counts as a "famous personality," but Joe Biden has a stutter. If you listen to him talk he often fumbles a little bit and speaks slowly with lots of pauses as he tries not to stammer. Also, Marilyn Monroe had a stutter and she spoke in that unique voice to help with fluency.
