I think we all have days like this. You just have to keep cutting back on how long you dwell on it. Let it bother you for half a day. Then a few hours. Then just the morning. Then an hour. Then a few minutes. Do you stutter when you talk to your best friends or family? If not (or not that much) lean on them when you're feeling down. Build your confidence back up.
