I hesitate to make this comment. I'm not advocating violence. But I still carry so much hurt and anger after all these years. You talking about sitting alone and the bad feelings. I feel you. Don't be afraid to let your fists do the talking. 'seizure' would have done it for me. I'm not suggesting a full on brawl. A quick jab to the mouth that uttered the word seizure.
