Should you write a thank you email and inform the interviewees about your speech impediment?

Should you write a thank you email and inform the interviewees about your speech impediment? So I just finished an interview, and I should have informed the interviewees about my speech impediment issue. Would It be proper to write a thank you email and inform them that I apologize if they had heard my speech impediment?
